Casual and lovely, this snow white rayon blouse has eyelets and embroidery at the scalloped hem and a shirred elastic neckline that can be worn off-the-shoulder. The same shirred elastic is at the cuffs of the three-quarter length sleeves. This blouse is designed by Sandip Agarwal of India.
