Desak Nyoman Parwati presents this stylish set of three plaid face masks in shades of sapphire, scarlet, and hunter green. Crafted from two layers of 100% cotton, the masks feature elastic ear loops for maximum comfort.
Note: Wash in hot water with detergent before using for the first time.

"Bright summer dress"
The fabric is exquisite! I just love the pretty colors and the craftsmanship is very good. I have received compliments on it and I cant wait to wear it again next summer. I definitely recommend this artist!

"An Exotic Robe for a Goddess"
This is a beautiful kimono rayon robe. I wear it every day. It feels elegant and special and exotic. I love batik clothing and have had a number of items over the years. It is very nicely made and you will be a show-stopper in your exquisite robe. Dont hesitate.

"I LOVE this dress"
At first I was reluctant to purchase because my experiences with sizing have been bad. This was so beautiful I couldnt resist and I am so glad I did. It fits beautifully and the colors are bright and cheery. Thank you Desak for your work on my latest go to summer dress.

Preserving Traditions
For eleven years Desak worked with a batik artisan learning all aspects of the process, from wax painting to dyeing. From her, she learned not only the art of batik and textile design but also how to care for her workers. In her workshop, Desak and the older artisans generously teach their art to the younger artisans, preserving for another generation this UNESCO cultural treasure.
Microcredit Financing
Desak Nyoman Parwati has received 3 microcredit loans with 0% interest from Kiva and Novica, the first for $2800 and the most recent for $4000. Proceeds were used to invest in the purchase of textiles and batik dyes to increase production in time for the holiday season.
