"Attractive Design/Difficult to Read"

Makes a great desk clock and conversation piece. Functionally useful to know the time elsewhere in the world. For example, I often make purchases in the UK, and do have to contact them at times. With this clock, I can just dial in the current time here and know what the hour is there. I have only one problem with the design: brass/gold color of the clock's hands are difficult to see from a distance due to the world map background. Would have been better if the hour/minute/second hands were a standout color such as red or a light green to make it easier to read the time. In addition, it would enhance the clock's usefulness, if the time could be seen in the dark. Included instructions, do not mention anything about how to remove the bezel to install the battery. I originally thought the bezel was threaded, and took it to a jeweler to later learn that it just needed a sharp tool to gently pry it off.

A small clock was needed for my desk and this one is perfect. The quality is all that was desired.

The item is way overpriced. The front face is actually plastic. It is very difficult to figure out the times as the design is not very intuitive. This item should not be for more than $45. I doubt it will be carried for much longer.
