Scarf, "Sapphire Mockingbirds"
The blue and white cenzontles (mockingbirds) that make their home in Baja Verapaz inspire the design of this unique scarf. From Nu'Kem Association of Textile Artisans, the rayon scarf is woven on a traditional back strap loom in cool shades of blue. Finishes with a hand-tied fringe.

"Fabulous Rich Color and Design"

Thank you to the Nu Kem Association of Textile Artisans for this stunning shawl. The richness of the color and design is a frame-able masterpiece that will grace my neck and shoulders. A stand alone beauty that will make any outfit I wear all the more lovely. The weave is so delicate. I love the fringe. I am grateful to be able to afford to buy such a treasure.
