Printed Cotton Scarf with Automobiles from India, "A Busy Street"

Crimson automobiles and black street lights are printed over the eggshell body of this cotton wrap scarf, designed by Indian artisan Shibapriya Sen. She hand-carves wood blocks and applies the designs by hand, finishing this busy scarf with delicate fringes at each end.
