Handcrafted of natural pine needles, this pair of oval placemats is designed by Nicaragua's Tamara Pereira. She weaves each coiled placemat by hand, accenting them with acrylic thread in poppy. Says Pereira, "The art of Nicaraguan basketry is a tradition that is passed down from generation to generation. I love being able to create useful pieces for the home."
