Peruvian Reverse-Painted Glass Tray, "Andean Arabesque"
Working in the time-honored tradition of reverse-painted glass, the Ortiz Family in Peru creates this beautiful tray. The detailed motifs in pale blue, cocoa and blue-violet are carefully painted on the reverse side of a glass pane; the glass is then set into a round wooden frame with a golden finish.

"Love this tray"

This is a lovely tray, just as pretty as its picture. Although the simple gold rim sometimes strikes me as a little modern and (forgive me) garish, the tray itself is so functional and beautiful that I got over it. :)
Best Uses
- Transporting items from kitchen to other rooms, great for setting on the ottoman for drinks
