Details

Carved from mahogany, a succulent pear holds a sweet surprise. Diego Mendoza exalts the natural color of the tropical wood with this sugar bowl and saucer. Dark cortez wood forms the leaf, while a serving spoon is carved from the wood of the coffee tree root. "Pears are delicious!" the Guatemalan artisan says.

5 Testimonials for Diego Mendoza

Michele

I purchased the ""Hummingbird Haven"" box, and it is so beautiful! Lovely to look at and delightful to hold in your hands. Practical too, as the lid is attached with an integrated wooden hinge. This was just a ""little something"" for myself, but the craftsmanship is so wonderful, I may purchase a few more as gifts.

Susie

I ordered the puzzle box ""Celestial Sweethearts"" and love it. The colors of wood chosen are prefect. The craftsmanship is outstanding. It will be treasured for years yo come! Thank you Diego it's gorgeous and perfect in everyway!!

John

I very rarely write reviews, but the sugar bowl and spoon I recently received is beautiful. The craftsmanship was unique indeed and well worth the price.
