Boats bob at anchor in a sunny bay sheltered by offshore islands. Working in acrylic on canvas, Jader captures the peaceful beauty of Porto Seguro, whose name means "safe port." One of the most picturesque cities in Brazil, Porto Seguro was the first area to be settled in the 1500s, and its historic buildings have been granted a Historical Heritage designation.
