This delightful shoulder bag is from Guatemala's Lopez Garcia Family. Crafted from off-white cotton canvas, the bag features a bevy of charming Guatemalan quitapenas, or worry dolls, on the front. The handmade fabric dolls are believed to dispel bad dreams and worries. The fully-lined shoulder bag closes with a snap.

"Offering a little hope"
I love these little worry dolls and jumped at the chance to buy a bag of 100. The tradition is for one doll to handle one worry, but I use them slightly differently in my mental health advocacy. I give one to anyone who is worrying about something...or many things.. and say to place the doll under their pillow at night so the worry doll can help find a solution. It is amazing how much a little hope can help.

"Christmas gift for seven year old granddaughter"
My seven year old granddaughter loves little figures and these delighted her. I gave them to her a few days before Christmas so she could hang them on the tree if she wanted and she yelled Best present ever!
