"Charming, but unfortunately a little too fragile"
The stem of one of the earrings broke the first time I tried to remove the butterfly to try them on. I requested a refund. I have never been disappointed with Novicas customer service, which is always open, diligent, polite and efficient.

"Beautiful design"
I was attracted to these earrings because they are so beautiful and really make a statement. For quite some time, Ive been looking for something like this--simple but with a lot of pizzazz. "very nice but they slide off very easily - I already lost one"
The design is nice, however these come without a plastic secure so they slide off very very easily. I caught them many times half out and finally I lost them
