A weekday is calm and peaceful in the Nigerian village of Ile Ife. Its wide streets host pedestrians on their way to work and school. "This is my hometown in western Nigeria," Mukaila Ayoade says. "I used only black to show the possibility achieving harmony through a monochromatic palette."
