Fingerless mittens have die-hard fans for a good reason: they provide the same amount of protection against the cold weather but are more comfortable than regular gloves because of their clever design. These eggplant mittens are made with 100% alpaca by Elvia Melendez in Peru, who knits them using a crochet technique to get a delicate and soft texture.

"Please make this great quality in larger size"
The knitting is lovely and the alpaca is so soft. The blue color is perfect. I just wish it could be larger. Please make some larger size hats with the same great look and feel! ( I would give this a 9 if the 10 point scale were used. And the deducted point is only for the size.)

"Great gift surprise for sister"

"I just love these."
