Ivy Green Pebbled Leather Bi-Fold Wallet from India, "Forest Grandeur"
This attractive bi-fold wallet is made of dark ivy green pebbled leather on the exterior. Designed by Sanchit of India, the wallet has one open exterior pocket, and three pockets on the inside set into the avocado green polyester lining. The wallet also has five card slots and a transparent window for storing identification.

"Not so great"
Leather travel folio sent to my husband held a moldy odor, according to him. I was not in town at the time he received it, but he was, and he said he had to use a lot of leather lotion and leave it out in the sunshine for several days to remedy that. He also thought the phone pocket was too small.

"This is such an unique wallet!"
I gave this wallet as a gift to my husband and was not sure he would like it, but he LOVES it! It is so well made and the leather is soft and supple. I like the zipper in the middle, which Ive never seen before in a wallet. This could be a great place to store something very personal. If youre thinking of buying this wallet, do not hesitate!

"Functional and attractive wallet"
I finally gave up on my leather wallet, which had also been hand-crafted by a local leatherwork artisan. As the pandemic shut down craft shows in my area, I was not able to buy from this artisan, so I took to Novica and was very pleased to find this wallet. It holds all of my cards in various areas so the wallet does not become a thick pocketful of massive leather. It is rich black leather accented tastefully with a red stripe. Very pleased and happy with this wallet!

"Gorgeous Well Made Treasure!"
The quality of this bag is awesome! The cow leather is strong, supple and soft with an incredible pattern all over the front and back. The size is perfect for whatever I need to carry. The pocket on the outside is wide, deep and roomy. The interior is also very deluxe with 2 great large zippered pockets as well as open pockets. The interior dark red color is such a terrific change from most other bags with typical black linings. A key holder hook is included inside. I m very pleased and happy with my purchase!

Sanchit 's family workshop employs many full-time workers and provides part-time work to other artisans in rural areas.
Preserving Traditions
Sanchit is the third generation of his family to embrace leather work. Although he always felt an affinity for it, it wasn't until he was actually trained in the craft that he found his calling. He was taught by his father and other artisans, many of them family friends who have worked with leather for many years. Sanchit is now in charge of design at his family's workshop while his brother is in charge of production. The brothers rely on their father for guidance and are proud to employ and train artisans to produce their contemporary Indian leather designs.
