Details

Resembling a flower, a green peyote bud, or jikuri graces this colorful bracelet. The centerpiece of Huichol ritualism, jikuri is revered for its curative properties and its ability to enlighten the one who partakes of it. Guardian stars, or rrurabe center each one. Artisans of the Huichol Center for Cultural Survival and Traditional Arts craft the wide wristband by hand of tiny seed beads. The bracelet closes with three beaded buttons.
