Delivery EstimateThe peyote flower and snake, symbols of great significance to the Huichol or Wixarika peoples, decorate this beautiful sculpture from Miguel Díaz. The artisan crafts the small figurine from papier mache and covers it with tiny glass beads that are affixed to the sculpture with beeswax. The Huichol are an indigenous people of central northwest Mexico with a rich and varied artisanal heritage.

"My boyfriend loved it!"
My boyfriend says his spirit animal is the bison, and we both love huichol art so this was the perfect anniversary gift for him and he absolutely loved it! Id love to see bigger pieces of this kind of art.

"This buffalo is Awesome"
Pictures do not do this buffalo justice. The seed work is meticulous. I am in awe of this magnificent animal and have a large collection of buffalo figures. This seeded figure is one of my favorites.
