Handcrafted in Thailand using traditional hill tribe techniques, this 950 silver necklace highlights the various metal treatments characteristic of these accomplished artists. Pakaon Sojintarit presents this highly textured piece, which features basketweave and spiral coins, S-shaped charms, and pleated beads in the front that taper down to oblong and round beads that continue to the clasp for all-day comfort. An oxidization process heightens the texture and calls attention to the hand stamping. The necklace fastens with a sterling silver hook clasp.
Karen hill tribe silver is made using techniques that have been passed down through families for generations in South East Asia using only hand tools.

"So cute, but dont stay shut."
These earrings are so pretty and lightweight too, which is awesome. But I wore them for about 2 hours and they came open 4 different times. I was driving almost the whole time, so the movement of my head while looking around in traffic made them pop open. Maybe if the ear wires were stiffer(thicker) or if the end hooked up more, theyd stay shut. Otherwise I love them!
