Heathered Blue Green Baby Alpaca Fingerless Mitts, "Chancay Bird"
Working with baby alpaca, the fine, soft fleece from the first shearing of the season, Edison Canal in Peru creates these lovely fingerless mitts. The artisan takes his inspiration from Chancay iconography in the design of the mitts, which feature stylized bird motifs in heathered deep teal on a heathered cadet blue ground. The soft, lightweight warmth of alpaca wool was highly prized by the Inca.

"Beautiful Alpaca Sunrise"
Beautiful, well made hat. Colors are intense. It was a bit snug on my head at first but with use it has loosened up a bit. I love it.
