Handmade Red Papier Mache Floral Motif Treasure Box, "Scarlet Grandeur"
This petite box is Shaped like a globe an is perfect for storing small treasures. Mohammad Hussain Baba follows in his father's footsteps as he crafts this delightful keepsake chest in papier mache. He pastes layers of paper on weeping willow wood, painting the base a fiery scarlet and detailing a flower on the voluptuous lid. The inner surface is sleek black lacquer.

"A beautiful Valentines Day gift"
I purchased this box as a sweet gift for my 18-year old for Valentines Day. It arrived in plenty of time, and was incredibly beautiful. I was a little apprehensive just because of the medium used, but since I have had such lovely experiences with Novica in the past, I went ahead and purchased it. I had no idea that papier mache could come out so beautifully. The quality of the workmanship was beyond what I was hoping for. It was absolutely meticulously made and packaged beautifully as well. Thanks so much!
