Handmade Pine Needle Angel Decor, "Blue-Winged Angel"
Tamara Pereira creates this wonderful home accent just in time for the holidays. The conical angel is crafted from pine needles gathered from the forest floors of Nicaragua. The angel's wings are tightly wrapped in bright blue thread.

"Pleasing and Functional Pine Needle Baskets"
One of my sons gave me a book last Christmas about basketweaving, and it contained instructions for pine-needle weaving, which Id never seen before. I thought, Look on Novica, and there were Ms. Pereiras gorgeous baskets and coasters. Over the months Ive bought several for myself. The colors are vibrant and the weaving beautiful. I am giving sets to my children for birthdays. I love how the coasters are fragrant when you put a cup of hot tea on them. I used the baskets myself for many things, sewing, utensils, fruit. I also have the multicolored ones and those with the loops on top. All are wonderful!

"Love the color and shape!"
Although these baskets were smaller than I expected, I still like them and think they are beautiful! They do sit slightly wonky (not flat) but I still like them!

"Beautiful colors"
Although these baskets are smaller than I expected, they are beautiful colors and shapes and I like them despite being a little wonky and out of shape when they arrived! (They don t quite sit flat, but maybe they will in time? ????? I don t know, but I still like them! ?? LOL!
