The traditional Saint Benedict bracelet is believed to protect against bad energies and features seven knots usually crafted with the macrame technique. Costa Rica's Adriana Gölcher replaces the knots with multicolored crystal beads that also represent the seven chakras in a wonderful wristband bracelet that fastens with a sterling silver clasp closure.
