Balinese artisan Trisna Dewi designs this charming handmade wind chime using a part of the coconut tree called 'kloping' or calyx. Kloping is brown in color and protects the coconut flower and fruit like a shell, and it's common for traditional Balinese artists to use this part of the tree in their crafts. The whimsical piece of kloping creates a slender, minimalist curve, and the hand-tuned aluminum pipes send serene notes through the air whenever the wind blows. This would make a lovely accent inside the home, and if used outside the calming sounds will brighten any atmosphere.

"soothing"
Truth: I generally find chimes annoying. However, my daughter loves them so I ordered this for her. It has a lovely sound; especially surprising given its higher pitch. It is well made and beautifully tuned such that even a wind chime curmudgeon like me enjoys it.

"Christmas gift"
This was a gift for my sister, who has declared she has no more room in her house for anything, so I thought of giving her something for outdoors. She loves it and the calming tinkling of sound as she sits on her porch. I would buy this for others on her response!

"LARGER THAN THOUGHT"
RE: COCONUT FIBER WIND CHIME This windchime is much larger than I thought. Its beautiful! And even a small passing breeze will make this sing. It has 3 string at the top. One string is very loose though. Im not sure its suppose to be this way or I received a flawed one. Nevertheless, its hanging outside my window.

I just received this today and one of the tubular bars was broken off and I had to restring it with regular thread. Not happy about that.

"Melodic Dance wind chimes"
I made this purchase for myself. I love the carvings on the bamboo, the chimes are equally placed. The chimes make a faint tinkling, Ive hung it over my kitchen sink window so I can look at the beauty and sound always. It was wrapped in many pieces of paper as to keep it safe without harm to it. It came with a note on a card with a photo of a glimpse of a unique destination in Indonesia. This artist is an expert with this design. Do yourself a favor and check out her wind chimes, youll be happy with any purchase you make.

"Bamboo mini wind chimes"
This is another birthday gift for my BFF this year. Since it came gift wrapped I didnt actually see it. My BFF loved it, she was planning on hanging it in front of a window so the chimes could be heard. The gift wrapping is free, the design of the wrapping is unique with a removable design. As with all of my purchases over the last couple of years, the quality and designs are superb . The special touch to all purchases is a little card with a note from the seller on a small card displaying a beautiful location in the country of origin. "The Breezy Sounds of Bamboo"
I purchased these bamboo wind chimes as a gift for my sister. Knowing her love of gardening, and the relaxing, sitting areas she created it only made sense to have the beautiful sounds of this bamboo Windchime in her garden. And she loved it!
