About this Item
Depicted vertically, the image on this pendant symbolizes closed lips. "Though lips are meant for talking, speech must be seasoned," believes Ralph Ashong making reference to the Akan saying Kasapa, (seasoned speech). The image is colored with a clay solution creating an admirable effect on a hand-carved teak wood pendant that hangs from an adjustable leather cord.

“So beautiful, thank you”
The mirror is far more beautiful than the images. The leaves are laid over the underlying frame and caste a small relief. The green is a hue and has a depth of color. It is very professionally finished and perfect in every way. Packed beautifully and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Ralph and Novica, I could not have asked for better.
