Careful to use only sustainably-harvested wood, the Nicaragua Carpenters craft beautiful utensils and kitchen tools. They carve this useful pot scraper from salmwood with a beautiful natural grain and a comfortable handle. After being polished until smooth, the utensil receives a food-safe coating of vegetable oil.
