Handcrafted Wood Nativity Religious Sculpture, "Holy Birth"
Francis Agbete sets the birth of Jesus in an African palm house. Carved by hand from kapok wood, this charming nativity scene depicts the Holy Family in traditional Ghanaian dress. The Three Kings bring gifts to the Christ child, accompanied by a messenger and a farmer.

Because several figures in the set are not level on the bottom, they either fall often or have to lean against something to stand.

"Very Basic but Charming Nativity"
Figures within the Palm House are roughly carved and lack detail on the faces, clothing. Artist needs to take a bit more time and do a bit more finishing effort.
