Among Jantana's collaborators are two men and one woman who are profoundly deaf.

Jantana learned the art of silversmithing from her uncle. In turn, she teaches these skills to her assistants. Her unique jewelry designs feature contemporary styles incorporating both traditional and contemporary jewelry-crafting techniques.

Jantana began working with her sister but now has a workshop of her own. With her hard work and clean, contemporary jewelry designs, the workshop has grown to the point that she can offer jobs to other silver artisans in the community.

The Women's Empowerment badge is awarded to female artisans or artisan groups that are led by women.
