Delivery Estimate
Hand-carved of locally-acquired sese wood, this African mask from Ghana features an oblong shape with a patterned design. Theophilus Sackey diligently decorates the mask's forehead with the image of a rhino. The proud creature is realized against a beige field and given a finish that accentuates the natural colors of the wood. To complete it, the mask is decorated with etched designs at the cheeks.

"Very nice mask"

"I love this Artwork!"
I collect anything to do with rhinos and this mask looks even better in person. It is beautifully carved and is just stunning. I am very happy I purchased it.

"Fabulous!"
I received this mask today. It is even more beautiful in person than online. I am so pleased! Surprisingly, the mask appears to be black and white only in the online image. In fact, the elephant appears a deep rich purple. This enhances the image. Its a wonderful art work.
