Hand carved out of caoba wood, this lovely nativity statuette is intricately hand-painted. Artisan team Huergo and Menchaca of Nicaragua, who share the same first name of Angela, handcraft this statuette featuring Joseph, Mary, and baby Jesus, all standing in colorful floral robes. Joseph holds his staff and Mary and the baby Jesus fold their hands in prayer.

"This is a Standout, special nativity"
I have a large selection of nativities from all over the world, and this new piece is now one of my favorites. It is a statement piece that is very colorful and has great precision in design. It is definitely a standout piece of artwork!

"A Beautiful, Unique Nativity Set For My Collection"
I love this handmade, handpainted blue and white floral themed nativity set from Central America. They are carefully and skillfully painted with an intricate floral design on the clothing. The faces have sad expressions but perhaps I should perceive that as reverent expressions. The faces as well as the clothes are beautifully done.
