The khesh weaving originated from the Birbhum district of West Bengal, as part of an attempt to bring a more eco-friendly art form to Indian weaving traditions. Khesh style weaving uses recycled saris, their threads handwoven together to create a distinct, multicolored design. Kailash and Anurag are proud to present this cotton shoulder bag, woven using the khesh technique, with black leather trim and straps. A front pocket on the handbag opens with a magnetic snap. The top of the handbag opens with a zipper to reveal a polyester lining in dark brown, with three open pockets and one zipper pocket on the inside.
