Beautifully carved and painted by hand, this wall sculpture depicts a young woman wearing colorful batik. A baby nurses at her ample breast and a toddler on her strong back gazes at the world with wonder. "African women are great!" says Abdul Aziz Mohamadu with admiration. He names his sculpture Daakyi ebe ye yie, a Twi phrase meaning "it shall be well one day."
