Handcrafted from a large stone of natural agate, these bookends are created by the Brazilian artisans at Joias do Rio. A dark center gives way to lighter shades and naturally-occurring crystal formations, making for a classy and sophisticated addition to any bookshelf.
Because they are individually cut from natural stone, no two are ever identical. Each bookend is absolutely unique in shape, size and coloration.

"Not quite as bright as the photo"
It was smaller than I imagined and the thong was not leather but more like a shoelace. The backing metal was a little rough looking. Its alright and Ill wear it, but its not the stunning piece of jewelry I was expecting.
