A quizzical owl gazes off into the distance from his perch in this intriguing sculpture from Bali's Yudi Suardi. Hand carved in natural jempinis wood, the detachable sculpture levitates on a base of benalu, or parasite wood, with a naturally flat bottom. Please note the base may vary in shape and size, as the artisan uses found benalu wood pieces to create this sculpture.

"Beautiful craftmanship"
Hummingbirds are my absolute favorite. They are living on my windowsill and I couldnt be happier about them. I enjoy looking them everyday. I moved to a different area in the world and here are no hummingbirds - this is the next best thing to the real ones. You have to careful when you dust them - the birds are loose and fell off easily - so far nothing serious have happend to them. I am a little bit clumsy sometimes and I hope I will never drop them.

"An exceptional piece of artwork!"
I initially bought this and Hummingbird Joy for myself, but when a friend came over and saw them, she fell in love with them, so I decided to give them to her for her birthday in August. Shell be so surprised. I wouldnt be surprised if she started crying. I then ordered another Nesting Bird for myself. These carvings are beautiful with great attention to detail. I love them! Such talent!

"So sweet"
I bought this and the Nesting Bird one initially for myself, but when a friend came over and saw them, she couldnt stop raving about them, so I wrapped them up to give her for her August birthday. I then ordered another Nesting Bird one for myself. I cant wait to give them to her. Shell be so surprised! They really are quite exquisite and couldnt be cuter. A meticulous and very talented piece.
