In this hand made arpillera wall hanging, artisan Leonor Quispe of Peru creates a colorful scene of fields, country homes, an orchard and a country side in the height of bloom. This arpillera is filled with texture and fabulous details, from the peasants' clothing to the blankets on the donkeys to the multi-colored wings of the butterflies. The top of the arpillera has an opening to insert a rod for hanging on the wall.
