Java's Wahyu Sulistiani designs a trendy tote that also folds and zips up, ideal to keep in the handbag. Working with batik techniques on cotton, Sulistiani selects the anggur and merak for a bag with a palette of brown, purple and black hues. Originating in the island of Madura, anggur (vine) and merak (peafowl) are underscored by the circular patterns that are traditional of this area.
