Hand-Carved Black and Yellow African Wood Mask from Ghana, "Adaoma Woman"
Inspired by women, Ghanaian artisan Abdul Aziz Mohamadu creates an elegant and striking addition to your home decor. Hand-carved of sese wood, this African mask features the simple image of a face, painted in contrasting tones of yellow and black with a patterned texture on the forehead. Abdul names the mask Adaoma, meaning "a good and virtuous lady" in the Yoruba language of Nigeria.
