Hand Carved and Painted Blue Praying Angel Wood Statuette, "Prayer of Love in Blue"

Artisan team Huergo and Menchaca of Nicaragua, who share the same first name of Angela, handcraft a statuette of a serene angel in prayer. Carved of caoba wood, this lovely angel's dress and wings are hand-painted with a lovely, intricate yellow, green, and light blue floral motif on top of a deeper blue background. For convenient shipping, the wings arrived detached and can be easily reassembled.

"Sacred Love"
This was everything that I expected it to be and more. The painting of it is very well done. This makes a fine addition to my various Nativity scenes for Christmas. Thank you! (plus arrived much more quickly than estimated time)

"Lovely Artistry"
I ordered this mainly because I did not have a set from Nicaragua in my collection and because I had a special offer. This set was beyond my usual spending limit. That said, it is beautiful, and those who have seen it have commented on its uniqueness. The labor and artistry make it worth every star.

"This is a Standout, special nativity"
