Ghana's Rapheal L. Commey designs a beautiful mask for hanging on a wall. Carving it by hand of sese wood with a painted finish in black, he adds the colorful figure of a bird at the top of the face. The artisan accents the mask with embossed brass and aluminum for a striking addition to any home, naming it Adi Pa, meaning "something good" in Akan.

This wooden mask looks better than in the catalog. The colors are vibrant and the detailing is one of a kind. It adds a rich look to the area where its hanging.

I love the colour, shape and expression of this little guy, but its much smaller than I expected. It might actually be the smallest mask in my collection now.
