"Once in a blue moon" has its origins in a real astronomical event which equates to a 13th full moon within a year, which happens about every 3 years. This elegant necklace from Thailand features a suspended blue topaz representing a blue moon. Surrounding it, the high tide and waves swirl around the earth, pulled by the forces of the moon.

"Beautiful"
Absolutely beautiful bracelet! Very well made. My only complaint is that the clasp is very small making it hard to put in. I will probably have to get another clasp. I love wearing it!
