Hand-carved from sese wood, this sculpture depicts a prominent conical head and face of a man. Ghanaian designer Rita Addo Zakour names this sculpture Ntiase, an Akan word meaning "understanding". The face is ornamented with brass plating and bright recycled glass beads.
