"Great customer service"
The bracelet is of great quality. I ordered two for my sons. Unfortunately my one son had a problem with the bracelet coming unfastened several times. Unfortunately he lost it. He was saddened-we contacted Novica. They sent another bracelet and this one stays on! They both were impressed with the personal thank you from the artist and the card of authenticity.
