Perfect for any warm-weather occasion, this short skirt by Shashi Seghal is the epitome of feminine. Tone-on-tone printed cotton in soft blue is complemented by lacy embroidery in pale aqua and fuchsia. Graceful pleats fall below the skirt's full yoke, and additional embroidery and lace adorn the hemline. The skirt is fully lined and closes with a zipper.
