A loving mother, the Virgin of Guadalupe is forever linked to Mexico. She first appeared in 1531 to Juan Diego on Tepeyac Hill outside today's Mexico City and, as proof, caused roses to bloom at the site. Ana Maria González recreates the famous portrait on an antique-style decoupage jewelry box. It features a mirror, a drawer and two trays with compartments, one of which lifts out.

"As beautiful as the photo"
My Virgin de Guadalupe jewelry box arrived in perfect condition, it was so carefully boxed. Once unwrapped I found the workmanship just as carefully done. A beautiful place for my earrings and necklaces. Ana Maria Gonzalez should be very proud of her work.
