Peruvian artisan Daniel Vargas makes this set of three dried gourd owl ornaments by hand. Owls are part of many legends and superstitions in the Andes. Here, Daniel has chosen to represent them as watchful guardians. The crafting process includes the practice of pyrography and the use of a burin to make fine incisions; the artisan carefully gives shape to each owl's features which include feathers, wings and a delightfully detailed face.

“THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARTISAN WORK!”

Cant say enough good things about the artisan Daniel Vargas STUNNING WORK as well as the packaging! I was simply overwhelmed with joy when I opened the box. So much love and care there...(I will not spoil it for you; just buy something beautiful from this store and you will see for yourself) I am a very busy person doing 90% of shopping online and here I am - writing my FIRST EVER REVIEW...
