Tiny llamas graze amid ancient temples while ocean waves tell stories of Peru's Pacific coast. The Huaman Paucar Family takes their inspiration from Tambomachay for this beautiful replica. The ancient site was dedicated to the cult of water and the Inca Emperor visited the zone for rest and relaxation. Masterfully reproduced on an aged Cuzco vase, the ancient symbols proclaim Peru's rich heritage.
Because each vase is crafted individually by hand, there may be slight variations in color and form.

I have to preface this review by saying that I am Novicas #1 fan. I love their mission and the artisans, and my home is a Novica showplace because I so love the works of art I have been able to purchase here, from around the world. This amazing box is no exception. Its just a gorgeous piece. Beautiful in its design and coloring. I had to purchase it as soon as I saw it and am so pleased that I did. It was an early Christmas present for me!! What an amazing value as well. It arrived in excellent condition, as do all of my shipments from Novica. I cant recommend this seller enough. I am quite sure you will be as pleased with your purchase as I am with this one! Many thanks to the Huaman Paucar Family and Novica!! I will be back to purchase another of their lovely pieces, but may actually have to part with it as a gift for a loved one. (Cant hog em all!)
