Cotton handbag, "Akha Life"
Embroidered by hand, hill tribe motifs tell of the Akha people's rich textile traditions. The patterns cover a generous front pocket on a cotton sling tote. By Jiap Rojjana, the bag is fully lined and an inner pocket with zipper keeps small items handy. Yellow cords and rain tree wood beads adorn the strap, and both the outer pocket and the purse close with coconut shell buttons.
Because each is an individual work of embroidery art, colors and motifs may vary slightly according to the artisan's inspiration.

"Delightfully unique!"
I love this bag. It is well-made with beautiful cloth and decoration. If they would offer this in black, i would buy another one! When I carry this, I feel chic but also supportive of artisans who make beautiful craft objects.

"Cute bag with many uses"
Love the detailing on the front of this bag. Size is just right for those "lighter" days. may even use to tote quick lunch items or to pack for concert or events.

"Great Quality handbag"
This bag has really great quality! The fabric is sturdy and the stitching is in place. The buttons appear sewn on strong. The only thing is I thought this bag was going to be bigger. I am debating on giving this bag as a gift to someone or keeping it for myself. I love the inside zipper as well. Beautiful work by Jiap Rojjana.

"Really nice bag"
The size is perfect, and the overall design and needlework are beautiful. An additional plus for me is that the strap does not slip off my shoulder as most shoulder bags do. Thank you, Riap!

"Well Designed and Great Looking"
It has a side pocket on the outside for handy quick access and an inside pocket for extra security. The colors are outstanding. Such a lot of work for such a small price. Thank you Jiap. I bought one for me and one for a gift.

"Uneven, incomplete stitching and misalignment of the sides"
I ordered the bag twice. The first bag I ordered had uneven and unfinished stitching that was coming undone. I decided to exchange it for the same item, hoping that I would be satisfied with its replacement , but the front and back halves of the second bag the front and back did not align properly, making the bag hang lopsided, which made the button loop not aligning with the button. Its very unfortunate for I especially liked the beautiful green color of if the bag

"Fun and beautifully crafted 100% cotton handbag."
Tried to a review this many times, but site did not function and I could not write or post on it. I Contacted Customer Service which asked me to write my review and they would post it, but what happened to it is a mystery. ?? I only mention this because I loved the purse and wanted Jiap to know that as soon as I received it. She is a very creative and excellent seamstress. By the way, I Iadded beads and tassels for extra fun.

"Skillfully made and practical"
The elephant handbag was skillfully made in a very practical design—and I love the elephant, too. I m especially pleased that it is 100% cotton fabric, both inside and out. 5 stars.
