Copal Wood Yellow Colorful Alebrije Hummingbird Ornament, "Fanciful Flutter in Yellow"
Jesus and Roxana Hernandez handcraft this lovely Mexican alebrije of copal wood. Each alebrije is unique, with the artisans using the natural shape of the copal wood to help determine the final form of the carving. With yellow and red plumage tipped in purple, it will delight you with all the hand-painted details. The bird has an unobtrusive hook on its back for easy hanging, and small parts are separated for shipping to protect from breakage.

"Another GREAT Sculpture"
Every sculpture by Jesus and Roxana is exceptional. Now have over a dozen of them...and always watching for more. A coatimundi in particular would be great!

"EVERY One is a new Pet"
The Little Fox is part of over a dozen alebrijes I have now by true artistas Jesus y Roxana. The Howling Coyote is the VERY best and even sent as gifts. Each one have their very own special places in mi casa ahora.

"Beautiful!"
Purple is my favorite color and I love armadillos so I had to get this. Being a lot smaller than many alebrijes but still a decent size its also quite affordable. It looks exactly like the one in the picture.
