A fire-breathing dragon in colors of orange and red spreads its wings in this Mexican sculpture, making a charming addition to any home. Mexican couple Zeny and Reyna celebrate the artistic traditions of their country, crafting the dragon from copal wood and maguey plant fibers in the style of alebrije sculptures, adding beautiful hand-painted motifs. Small parts are separated for shipping to protect from breakage.

"One more for the collection."
I only buy from these artists. They are extremely nice and their art is incredible. I would buy so much more if I weren't disabled and had to wait for things to go on sale!

"A marvelous artifact!"
I was attracted to this item online and ordered it as something of an impulse buy. Im glad I did. Its a gorgeous and intricate folk design with beautiful workmanship, fascinating paintwork, and brilliant colors. Im very pleased! My only problem: Where am I going to display it to best advantage?

"Intricate hand-painting shows the artists skill"
This beautiful wooden dragon looks amazing. It is very delicate and we had a bit of difficulty getting assembled. Finally, with a very slight of glue we managed to get the wings to stay in place. The hand-painting is incredibly well donel

"Great Addition to Dragon Collection"
This dragon is very attractive. I like that it came in pieces, so I could leave the flame out. It looks like a more friendly dragon without the fire. It would be easier to handle if the holes made for the parts were deeper, because they fell out very easily. We didnt want to press hard because it is fragile. We glued the parts in place.

"Vivid and fun"

This hummingbird sculpture is so well done- beautifully carved and painted. I love the interpretation of flight. It is unique and this little guy adds much joy and whimsy to my space!
