Concrete Sculpture Inspired by the Venus of Brazil, "Venus of Brazil II"

This unique sculpture is patterned and named after the Venus of Brazil, a fertility figure that can be found in the National Museum. It is the work of artist Jacira Baptista of Rio de Janeiro, who imagines what the original might look like with a head. The sculpture is painted brown to imitate dark wood.
