Monkeys gather above the cave where Mary and Joseph receive the Christ child. Set in the Peruvian Amazon, the first Christmas is depicted in ceramic. The Mamani Family portrays the family in traditional dress, while a jabali and tapir share the shelter.

"Spiritual Asset"
This maybe my all time favorite item I ordered. I put it out duringLent/Easter but plan to make a year round space for it and a nativity set. A focus while praying. The work is so detailed; the faces, foods. I do like the round table. A nice change from DaVincis fresco.

"This a new cherished heirloom"
So adorable and unique! My wife has a collection of nativities from around the world and this was a perfect addition! The jaguars as admiring animals of the Christ Baby were adorable!
