Coconut Shell Full Moon Ivory Wood Beaded Pendant Necklace, "Moon Phase"

I was born in 1953 and have been interested in coconut shell and natural fiber crafts ever since I was a little boy. As a child, I began to draw and paint from my imagination and I'd sit and do it for hours.

"Later, I developed a self-conscientiousness in relation to my art. This has brought me such joy.

"I acquired my skills from my teacher, Mr. Guru. It took one year of hard work to make my first design to sell. I kept working on new designs with new materials available in nature to perfect my craft.

"I use coconut shell, wood, bamboo, banana fibers and other natural fibers. These materials are difficult to procure and are difficult to work with. Most of them are recycled and can be re-used.

"My plans are to create quality, environmentally-friendly crafts products. All my designs strive to be completely eco-friendly, biodegradable, organic and chemical free."
